THESIS

The world of real estate is changing. The housing market is going nuts while the commercial world is dealing with the work-from-home phenomenon. We have a unique opportunity to purchase, renovate, build, and support locations that earn our support.

One of our key investments is in CoLabz, an Education-to-Exit collaborative laboratory built around University communities around the world. By 2025 we will have Web3, Micro MBA, and Sustainability courses taught by the most amazing professors through the MetaVerse in 200 geographic locations. 

All of these communities will need to prove that they want us to build or buy a physical location in their community. We will gather University, Business, and local government support and then build where we have the greatest support first. This support first strategy will ensure we realize an ROI in 3-5 years on each location we buy, renovate or build out.

Our approach is to create multi-use spaces, lease out retail, coworking, and even living spaces at a premium because of the integrated nature of our community. Those who want to lease for short term, proof-of-concept, periods will have the space to do so with the support of a community and investments from our other funds.

By investing cross funds, where our investments earn us equity and pay us back for the use of our resources we will all around. We’re able to support our investments in a way that ensures success, the AVS process along with our worldwide network helps us go to market in a way that few other networks can offer. 

Having a Real Property network that facilitates this success is not only an advantage but an asset to the entire ecosystem.

Diversified

We invest not in random locations that look good only on paper, we invest in communities that are willing to invest in us. Having 200 geographically different locations all work to earn our investment in their community is a great way to prioritize where we invest.

Great Disruption

By now you may know that our first question is about wild disruption. Can we leverage modern living & working principles to create the greatest ROI per sq ft (or meter) possible? Can we do this while renovating and building in a socially responsible way? We know we can!

It's not all Rainbows and Unicorns, we know this. Making the best possible analytical choices is why we have Merlyn, an ML & AI tool that gives Adora Ventures insights in line with companies like Palantir & Aladdin. It's all about making the right investment at the right time.
