We will gather University, Business, and local government support and then build where we have the greatest support first. This support first strategy will ensure we realize an ROI in 3-5 years on each location we buy, renovate or build out.
Our approach is to create multi-use spaces, lease out retail, coworking, and even living spaces at a premium because of the integrated nature of our community. Those who want to lease for short term, proof-of-concept, periods will have the space to do so with the support of a community and investments from our other funds.
By investing cross funds, where our investments earn us equity and pay us back for the use of our resources we will all around. We’re able to support our investments in a way that ensures success, the AVS process along with our worldwide network helps us go to market in a way that few other networks can offer.
